The participants for the 2022 Taco Bell® Skills Challenge have been announced and are led by the two-time Kia NBA Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks.
The event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 19 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland as part of State Farm® All-Star Saturday Night.
This will be the first of the night's three events - AT&T Slam Dunk and the MTN DEW® 3-Point Contest. -
Participants
The Bucks superstar, Giannis will team up with his brothers Thanasis Antetokounmpo of Milwaukee and Alex Antetokounmpo of the NBA G League’s Raptors 905.
The Greek trio will face the Cleveland Cavaliers group, which includes NBA All-Stars Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen along with Rookie of the Year candidate, Evan Mobley.
Lastly, rookies Scottie Barnes of the Toronto Raptors, Cade Cunningham of the Detroit Pistons and Josh Giddey of the Oklahoma City Thunder will form a team with three first year players.

Format
Each of the three teams will compete in the first three rounds of the Taco Bell® Skills Challenge, which includes shooting, passing and relays.
The two teams with the most “Challenge Points” after the first three rounds will advance to the Final Round. Challenge Points are earned by winning each of the first three rounds.
Those two final teams will compete one at a time and all players on each team will participate in trying to make a half-court shot to win it all.
