Just a few days before Tottenham Hotspur's 2021 / 22 Premier League campaign begins, and the team has already announced the official squad numbers for the season.

It is true that some players may still leave and arrive respectively, but so far it seems like Spurs are ready to face a new season in the best league in the world.

New players

The summer signings, Bryan Gil, Pierluigi Gollini and Cristian Romero have been assigned numbers. Gil will wear number 11 while Gollini has taken number 22, and Romero, as previously announced, will wear the number four shirt.

Also, a couple of academy kids have been included in the list made by the new manager Nuno Espírito Santo, and most likely they will see first team action during the Spurs UEFA Conference League campaign.

The number 9 shirt, which Gareth Bale wore last season, remains vacant, awaiting the possible arrival of a new striker this summer. Serie A's side Fiorentina forward Dusan Vlahovic is in Tottenham's radar, and could arrive to North London if the right offer is made.
