Stoke City's form has improved in recent weeks, with three wins in their last five games as they make a late surge to finish in the top half of the Championship table.

The Robins have won just one of their last eight games, with two draws and five losses.

Their last game was a 1-1 draw to bottom of the table Peterborough United after a late Posh equaliser.
